Policies and Terms


Our fulfillment team ships on Tuesday and Friday. We make every effort to process and ship your order within 5 business days of receipt. Postage rates are calculated by the carriers, and are based on the weight and size of your order as well as the distance to be shipped. Please note that the estimated shipping time begins the day your order is received by the carrier, not the day that the order was placed. If you would choose expedited shipping, you order will ship the next business day. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.

On occasion, an item you selected might be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order.


We accept all major credit cards. Transactions are processed using a secured payment system.


Online return policy

All purchases are considered FINAL SALE.

FINAL SALE items are NOT returnable or exchangeable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us by emailing info@dejumo.com within 3 days of delivery. Shipping costs will be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
